Bree is a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), qualified teacher, and wellness educator. With a strong background in education, she has years of experience creating personalized plans, leading teams, and collaborating with specialists to help people reach their goals.
Her journey into functional health became personal in her mid-thirties, when she was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. She knows firsthand the emotions that come with a diagnosis or ongoing health struggle — the fear, frustration, and overwhelm — but she also knows that healing is possible.
Bree is passionate about helping women reclaim their energy, restore balance, and feel at home in their bodies again. Her approach is practical, supportive, and rooted in both science and lived experience.

MY STORY
In my late 30s (I’ve just turned 50), I couldn’t chop a carrot, open a jar of pickles, or even write with a pen. Severe pain, stiffness, and swelling in my hands, feet, neck, and jaw made even the smallest daily tasks feel impossible.
Fast forward to today: I can lift my own body weight, run sand dunes, and cook dinner most nights — all without pain or limitations.
So, what happened?
I took back my health by becoming educated, empowered, and my own advocate.
It all started with pain in my fingers and wrists upon waking. Within months, the pain worsened, leaving me up at night with my hands locked, stiff, and swollen. Eventually, I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis* and given a prescription for Methotrexate — a drug I was told I’d need to take for the rest of my life, with the “best-case scenario” being that my symptoms wouldn’t get worse.
I followed the prescription for three weeks. The side effects were awful — I was more exhausted, and the pain was still there. Deep down, I knew there had to be another way. Against my doctor’s advice, I stopped the medication and trusted my intuition.
I changed my diet.
I began meditating daily.
I gave my body rest.
I studied, researched, and experimented.
Slowly but surely, I saw results.
Within 18 months, I was back in the gym lifting weights, no longer needing naps after work, and my pain, swelling, stiffness, and fatigue were 80% gone. My health was back — and I had discovered a new passion.
That passion led me to study Functional Diagnostic Nutrition so I could help others facing similar struggles. Today, I sleep deeply, digest well, wake up happy, and live pain-free.
Through this journey, I’ve become especially passionate about women’s health. As I moved through my 40s, I realized how little support and information women are given about perimenopause and menopause. Yet I’ve seen incredible transformations when women decide to put themselves first and take action.
Whether your goal is losing weight and keeping it off, restoring your energy, getting your libido back, easing hot flashes and night sweats, or finally sleeping through the night — I believe healing is possible.
I went from being unable to chop a carrot… to doing handstands with my daughters. And I know you can reclaim your health too.
*Rheumatoid Arthritis is an autoimmune disease considered incurable by conventional medicine. It typically begins in the joints, often leading to permanent disfigurement and disability, and if left untreated, can be life-threatening.
